Richardson Design Co. is a family run design and fabrication studio that specializes in custom residential and commercial decor.  We create works for all living spaces, indoor and out, utilizing a huge range of materials.  Our workshop is located on a fourteen acre farm in Sonoma County, CA.  Owner/artist, Seth Richardson works closely with all of our clients from concept to delivery.

“What sets us apart is that we don’t have just one style.  It helps to keep things exciting and new.  Our whole mission is to take your vision and create pieces that make people say “WOW!” when they walk into your space.”

From a full restaurant furnishing to a simple bud vase, Richardson Design Co. loves creating unique decor that sparks conversation and adds to the experiences from which memories are made.

I used Richardson Design Co. for some lighting and accent pieces on my patio at my restaurant. Seth created some beautifully unique fixtures that helped make my outdoor dining experience one of a kind. I would recommend Richardson Design Co. to anybody who is looking for that special design touch to set them apart.

About

In 2001, Seth Richardson had the opportunity to work with Galileo Bonfini, an amazing stone and brick mason, while living on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.  During this time, he met and befriended artist Robert Parker.  These two people had a profound effect on the future of his work.

Long story short...Seth moved to the west coast with his longtime girlfriend, Hattie, where he started a masonry business in Ashland, OR which segued into a precast concrete business focusing on unique and modern fireplace surrounds.  He began making furniture at the request of some clients and eventually, his business morphed into a furniture and decor business utilizing wood, steel, concrete, and stone.  In 2009, he and Hattie decided to move to Sonoma County, California.

Pairing his love of food, wine and art, it only made sense that he began targeting the food and wine industry as his clientele.  His work adorns restaurants, tasting rooms, tech firms, architectural and interior design studios along with countless luxury homes throughout the greater Bay Area and southern Oregon.
